Booking Terms

Template terms for a new business. Have them reviewed before launch to make sure they suit how you operate.

1. Quotes and prices

Prices are fixed based on the property details you give us (bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, condition and extras). If the property is materially different on the day, for example larger, heavily soiled, or with items left behind, we'll explain the difference and agree any change with you before continuing.

2. Deposit and payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking and is deducted from your final price. The balance is payable on completion of the clean by card, tap or bank transfer (PayID). Card payments may include a surcharge that doesn't exceed our cost of acceptance.

3. Changes and cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked start time, and we'll refund your deposit in full. For cancellations within 48 hours, the deposit is retained to cover the team rostered for your job. If we can't get into the property at the booked time, a lockout fee equal to the deposit applies.

4. What you need to provide

Electricity and hot water must be connected, the property must be empty of your belongings unless you booked a furnished clean, and we need safe access at the booked time.

5. 72-hour re-clean guarantee

If your property manager identifies cleaning issues within areas and services you booked, notify us within 72 hours of the clean with their notes or photos and we'll return to fix them free. The guarantee doesn't cover damage, fair wear and tear, permanent stains, areas not booked, or mess created after our clean. We can't guarantee the outcome of a bond claim, which is decided by your agent or landlord and the bond authority in your state.

6. Damage and liability

We hold public liability insurance. Please report any damage you believe we caused within 48 hours of the clean, with photos, so we can assess it.
